Beyoncé breaks the internet — but a Beyoncé you've actually never met

Forget celebrity look-alikes. Try sharing a celeb's name.

A young girl named Beyoncé took to Humans of New York's Facebook page on April 4 to describe her struggles sharing such a star-powered name with Queen Bey.

"When the teacher started calling attendance, I got really nervous, because every time people learn my name is Beyoncé, somebody starts singing 'Single Ladies,'" the young girl shared of her experience on the first day of school.

Only a few short days later, the post was insanely viral. It's been shared over 18,000 times with over 42,000 comments. But the posts quickly turned hilarious and unexpected as others with star-powered names joined the conversation.

There was a Holly Wood, a Katie Holmes, a Mary Kate Olsen, a Shakira Lamb, a Julia Roberts, a Jennifer Lopez and tons more who weighed in on the conversation.

The Beyoncé with 62 million Facebook followers has yet to weigh in on this young girl's quotes, but we'd love it if the powerhouse singer responded. And it would, no doubt, make young Beyoncé's day.

Of course, being named Beyoncé isn't all bad. After all, she says at the end of the post that on the second day of school "everyone knew my name."
